Terms of business

This page (together with the documents expressly referred to on it) tells you information about us and the legal terms and conditions (Terms) on which we sell any of the products (Products) listed on our website (our site) to you. These Terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of Products to you (Contract). Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any Products from our site. Please note that before placing an order you will be asked to agree to these Terms. Please click on the button marked "I Accept" on the order form if you accept them. If you refuse to accept these Terms, you will not be able to order any Products from our site. You should print a copy of these Terms or save them to your computer for future reference. We will not file a copy of the Contract between us. Every time you wish to order Products, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms that will apply at that time. These Terms were most recently updated on 05th April 2023. These Terms, and any Contract between us, are only in the English language.

Our Products

All Products shown on our site are subject to availability. We will inform you by email as soon as possible if the Product you have ordered is not available and we will not process your order if placed.

Tao Naturea T&Cs have been implemented with your convenience and satisfaction in mind. We have certain deposit requirements in place to ensure all our clients get availability when they desire and that our diaries are not booked up unnecessarily. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Appointments must be cancelled or changed within a minimum of 24 hours before the appointment time or deposits will not be refunded. Appointments cancelled outside the 24-hour period need to be rebooked for a date within 30 days from the original booking otherwise deposits are lost.
Clients who no-show lose their deposit or one treatment from their course/package or gift voucher if that’s the method of payment.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your treatment time in order to complete administrative activities – running late will count into the treatment time.
The client is obliged to appear for the massage on time and if she wants to cancel it, it has to be up to 24 hours earlier. If she does not do it, she is obliged to pay 50% of the price.
Payment for the training must be made to the given account up to 24 hours before the training or on the day of the training - always before the training.
From now on, trainings take place on Mondays and Tuesdays (August 2023). If the student wants to come for a review or needs further training, this service is charged £71 per hour or 4 hours £224.
The price of the combined 1:1 training is determined individually. Without a deposit, it is not possible to book a training date.
Protocols are in English - available in Polish as well if paid £17.
Issuing an additional certificate in English also costs £17.
The student must appear for the training on time, if he is very late, he must make an appointment with the trainer for online theory and there is also an additional fee set individually.
Tao Naturea trainer has the right to refuse to conduct training to a specific person.
Tao Naturea provides training products and materials. Students are required to bring their own towels to the training.
There are courses before which we send learning materials - facial anatomy, for example, and it is often the case that girls are poorly prepared during the training (we want to emphasize that it is important because without it there is no well-done massage - specifically about Tao Kobido).
Tao Naturea undertakes to provide participants with hot/cold drinks as well as fruit and biscuits.
The student brings his/her own lunch.
All materials / videos made available or transferred from the training are for the student and not for third parties (they cannot be shared).
Recording and taking photos during the training, Before and after pictures have been used courtesy of Fillers, or other sources with consent.
The student is obliged to leave the office neat and tidy (the table must be thoroughly washed).
The Tao Naturea trainer can stop the training if the student is under the influence of alcohol / drugs or is aggressive or not nice (and there is no obligation to refund).
The salon is supposed to have a nice and friendly atmosphere and students work in harmony with each other.
Tao Naturea is not responsible for student’s valuables, e.g. watches, money, laptops.
Phones must be silenced during the training.
During the training or during a break, we do not perform other body, energy, and emotional treatments, e.g., reiki, access bars, tarot.
Trainings are held in 2 languages. Polish or English.
The student is obliged to bring a pen, notebook and training protocols to the training, which are sent to the e-mail before the training (after the deposit is paid). If the student does not want to work in a pair or be massaged, he must agree this with the trainer in advance. (Treatment cards are sent to an e-mail before the training).
Contact with the trainer is via Tao Naturea profile fan page messages, e-mail: taonaturea@yahoo.com or phone from Monday - Friday 9am-7pm. We do not answer the phone, do not reply to messages after 7pm and on weekends, because it is private time. If you have any questions after the training, please send an e-mail with your question.
Working with the body is a very intimate therapeutic contact, the student is obliged to work in a professional and empathetic way.
Therapeutic work massages - it’s a service only for ladies. We do not serve men.
The student must be dressed in a comfortable outfit, have their hair tied up, fingernails must be short, and no jewellery on their hands.
There is no possibility for a student / model to come to the training with a child, partner, friend (the same applies to the massage).
We encourage all our clients not to bring expensive personal belongings to the Spa as we take no responsibility for your items.
We are sorry that children or pets cannot be allowed to wait in unattended whilst parents/owners are in treatment.
Tao Naturea cannot accept any liability for Independent Practitioners that host clinics from our premises, although we do ensure their qualifications and licenses are checked before allowing collaboration with our establishment.
We honour a management only complaints procedure, therefore in the unlikely event you have concerns relating to your experience with us, please email the branch manager directly – ask our reception team for further details.

2.1. You may not transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these terms and conditions where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
